I rented a large server to sell websites and forums hosting
I was just a kid, I had no idea how to find buyers
Tried to build a general forum and then sell ads, as online forums were popular by then.
Zero-knowledge in marketing
Sell subscriptions to patients to get discounts and perks from doctors.
Signed 50 contracts with clinics and laboratories
I couldn't sell one subscription due to a lack of business and marketing knowledge.
A platform for people who don't care about others' opinions and don't have Ask.fm page.
Built the platform myself at $0 cost, and had around 100 users
Very low interest. No solid business model and no market need.
A social media mobile app to share your current mood
I was saying this app will compete with "Feeling" feature in Facebook, so I got some media attention and events invitations.
Zero market need. Wasted the budget on events instead of building a solid product or marketing.
Forums were popular by then, tried to build a general forum and then sell ads
Signed 4 average ticket clients within the first week. Hired 5 team memebers.
Poor crisis management and poor remote team management. Closed early on COVID.
Adding more projects down here won't stop me :))
